Dr. Dale Lachman had a vision back in 1998 to be able to assist his colleagues with keeping their practice running when they needed time off. From it’s origin in Illinois, then extending to Wisconsin, it has grown over the past 25 years to be the top fill in service in the Midwest.
In 2023, Dr. Dale handed the torch to Dr. Shayne Bauer. Dr. Dale continues to fill in as a doctor on our team. We continue to provide services with the same care and passion as it’s founder.
